Job Brief
- We are looking for an executive assistant colleague who can travel with the company manager, attend meetings, take notes at meetings and then prepare reports.
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be a Graduate from Law faculties of universities or have at least 2 years of work experience in law offices before.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in personal assistantin the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent administration and support skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint and analysis tools
- Information gathering and analysis skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
- Candidates who have no travel restrictions, are willing to travel domestically and can actively drive will be preferred.
