Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s daily activities, communication, and business functions.
• This position requires a wide range of skills, including setting meetings, negotiating with sellers, customer communication and conversion, video editing using CapCut, data entry, web research, and staff monitoring.
• Additionally, the candidate must be located within the Mowe to Berger axis in order to facilitate easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting and Schedule Management:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
• Ensure the CEO’s calendar is well-organized and optimized.

Negotiation and Customer Interaction:

• Negotiate with sellers, suppliers, and partners on behalf of the company.
• Communicate with potential and existing customers, converting leads into clients.

Video Editing and Content Creation:

• Edit videos using CapCut or similar software for various purposes, including marketing and communication.
• Assist in content creation for online platforms.

Administrative Tasks:

• Type documents, draft emails, and handle other administrative duties.
• Record and maintain data using Excel or other relevant tools.

Web Research and Information Extraction:

• Conduct internet research to gather data, market information, and insights.
• Extract and compile relevant information for decision-making.

Workshop Monitoring:

• Commute to the workshop to record and monitor staff activities and progress.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations at the workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut or equivalent software.
• Excellent computer skills, including data entry and Excel.
• Effective internet research abilities.
• Must reside within the Mowe to Berger axis for easy commuting.
