Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing various personal and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, meetings, and other company projects.
• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 6 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in office management tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
