Job Description
- Promote activities of the Company
- Manage and coordinate the administrative activities of the office
- Collate all relevant information on behalf of the CEO and managing partner
- Prepare and plan for both internal and external meetings Globally
- Organize and generate public interest on the activities of the Company.
- Manage, record, and file all office documents in Globally
- Update and maintain organizational lists/databases and address the needs of Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Update and maintain organizational lists/databases.
- The post holder is required must speak the Hausa Language
- Must be ready to travel with 75% of the time.
- Joint Zoom/Skype operational meetings are mandatory.
