Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO (Female)

Job Description

  • We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO (Female) to provide invaluable support to the CEO in all day-to-day activities, official and personal.
  • The ideal person for the job should be a driven, proactive problem solver with a meticulous attention to details and must have previous experience performing administrative tasks and providing dynamic support to management.
  • We expect you to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations.

Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CEO as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
  • Managing professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including managing calendars (personal and official), setting agendas, physical correspondence, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
  • Coordinating the school bus service operations for the organization.
  • Managing Drivers, School Bus Nannies and any functions that may interface with the CEO
  • Carry out research works for the CEO.
  • Performing administrative and office support, such as typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, managing databases and filing systems.
  • Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercising discretion when interfacing with the business and with clients.
  • To perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • The preferred candidate must have a B.Sc in Mass Communication or its equivalent
  • Must have 1-3 years experience in similar field and should reside around Lekki axis
  • Previous experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to keep company confidences.
