Job Title: Pharmacologist

Job Description
- Wellness Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacologist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy experience and reside around Maryland, Lagos.
- This role involves dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Our operation hours are from 9 am to 9 pm and we operate in shifts.
Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
- Provide detailed information on proper medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
Patient Counseling:
- Offer expert advice and counseling to patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Address patient concerns and questions regarding their medications.
Pharmaceutical Care:
- Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure effectiveness and safety.
- Conduct medication reviews and manage drug interactions.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of medications and supplies.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications and patient information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy.
- Candidates must reside in or around Maryland, Lagos.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
