Title: Planning Intern
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
- Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain an issues log to track and document project – related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.
- Data Management & Planning Administrative support.
- Schedule maintenance coordination and communication.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc from an accredited institution available for one (1) year internship or NYSC (2023/2024 Batch C stream 2 OR 2024/2025 Batch A)
- Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft excel and willing to learn.
- Microsoft office suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM is an added advantage.
