Job Title: PMO Project Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- Bellagio Airline is seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office for our startup operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools for the PMO.
- Lead and manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
- Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and coach project teams on project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMI certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO Manager, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
