Job Description

• Work with team members and procurement team to complete duties.
• Preparing budget cost, analysis and report.
• Maintain and update inventories of suppliers and their delivery times.
• develop plans for purchasing equipments, services and suppliers.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Review and analyze all vendors/ suppliers, supply and price options.
• Maintain and update inventory of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development.
• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Develop sourcing strategies.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records..
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• 0 – 1 year work experience.
