Job Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience building, expanding, and maintaining design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
