Job Title: Product Development Intern

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our product development team as an intern.
- In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of innovative products that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Assist in defining product requirements and creating product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring products to market.
- Support product launches and post-launch activities.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing product documentation and training materials.
- Support the product management team in various administrative tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the product development process to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate in Business, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong user empathy and a data-driven approach.
- Passion for building innovative and user-centric products.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, slack, Confluence) is a plus.
