Job Description

  • Co-own the vision and definition of the product with the Executive Leadership.
  • Develop and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stake holders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering and other teams to translate problem statements into product needs.
  • Develop requirement documents, and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
  • Present upcoming feature requirements and mock-ups to executive and engineering leadership.
  • Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer’s needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
  • Develop and document market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials). Track regulatory changes and deadline.
  • Responsible for educating internal and external customers on product features and releases.
  • Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products and services to determine business value to customers and company.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices, highly preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, highly preferred.
  • Product management experience within a software development environment.
  • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications, preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.
  • Comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven high-performance workplace.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • The will to collaborate, negotiate, and influence effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
