Responsibilities

• Enabled Solutions is seeking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our product portfolio within the oil and gas industry.
• This role is critical in ensuring our products meet customer needs while aligning with regulatory standards and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Product Life-cycle Management:Oversee the entire life-cycle of products from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement product strategies that enhance profitability and market share. Create business cases for new product initiatives and present to senior management.
• Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure product offerings are tailored to meet those needs.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards, and manage any necessary certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including exploration, production, refining, and distribution processes.
• Must have experience leading a team, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
• Verifiable and proven experience for web, app and other online product launch is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have above average Social Media Management Skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers and stakeholders.
