The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is the inaugural national institutionalized behavioral initiative in Africa supporting government and stakeholders to make behaviorally informed decisions and generate evidence for impact-driven interventions in critical thematic areas (Governance, Health, Gender & Social Inclusion, Education, Digital & Financial Inclusion). Title: Program Intern
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Provide program and administrative support to technical teams to implement project deliverables.
- Support literature search/desk review and monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities.
- Support project teams in analytical processes including evidence gathering, design, and implementation of social programs and policies.
- Contribute to writing and editing briefs, knowledge outputs, presentations, and communication materials.
- Support the Unit Leads in other designated PIC activities.
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Project Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in program design, planning, and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and technical writing skills are essential.

- Teachable with a genuine interest to make an impact.
