We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

Role Description

• This is a Hybrid role for Program Manager at Women Reform Organization.
• The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, managing volunteers, conducting training sessions, and strategic planning for various initiatives aimed at empowering African women.
• This position involves remote coordination and communication with volunteers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, International Relations)
• Communication and Program Development skills
• Volunteer Management and Training experience
• Strategic Planning abilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in nonprofit or humanitarian organizations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for women’s empowerment and social impact.
