Title: Programs Associate
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Identify funding opportunities from diverse local and international government sources through in-depth research.
- Craft exceptional grant proposals with strict adherence to donor guidelines and organizational priorities
- Assist in the effective development, implementation and delivery of programme timelines, goals, and objectives
- Coordinate various program roles, responsibilities and activities to achieve the program’s desired outcomes and objectives.
- Ensure sustainability of all implemented programs through Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
- Provide concise reports on programs’ progress and outcomes to the organization and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and donors, to achieve program objectives.
- Identify through market research, emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in a programs role in the non-profit sector (3+ years)
- Understanding and experience in grant writing and fundraising, with a successful track record of securing funding from various sources.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, program design, and execution.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of challenges.
