We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Assistant

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Implement the work instructions issued by the project manager, be responsible for and report to the project manager;
• Timely processing, sending, and receiving project-related emails, reports, letters, warehousing documents, bills, and other project-related documents, according to the project
• Organize and archive projects and categories, list the catalog, and file them after being read and approved by the superior supervisors;
• Implement the project department’s copywriting management, project payment application, and payment and other operational procedures
• Organize and prepare internal and external communication project-related meetings and make records;
• Manage the performance appraisal of each post in the project department and supervise the progress of project employees
• Reception of outreach affairs and supervision of the implementation of the project management system
• Assist project site personnel in dealing with emergency affairs

Requirements

• Have certain project implementation and communication management skills and experience
• Familiar with PMP project management-related general knowledge and planning application tools, such as PROJECT, VISO
• Have the ability to organize and coordinate project activities and employee activities
• Proficient in computer operation and commonly used MS series office software
• Proficient in the use of various office equipment
