• Our client is an Engineering company delivering services in project Development Services, Project Management Services, Lender’s Engineering Services, General Oil Industry Services.
• The company serves a variety of clients and provides solutions in the business segments, through her fully operational office in Lagos. Their primary clients include financial institutions, manufacturing businesses, retail and distribution companies, oil & gas companies (up, mid and downstream), logistics companies, and Government enterprises.
• They have 17 years of successfully providing technical support, due diligence, monitoring and evaluation, project defense, and project audits in mostly the energy and infrastructure space, to lenders (commercial and DFIs), large corporate organizations, Governments, and multinational corporations on the African continent.
• As a specialist projectized solution provider, with several first-class projects that have been successfully conceptualized and completed within our portfolio, our activities are being managed and operated by individuals that possess various experiences in the field of both local and international project development, management, project risk, and technical advisory services.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
• 5+ years of project experience required
• Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, preferably Primavera (P6) preferred
• Past project management or project engineering experience (essential)
• Experience of managing elements of scheduling, project cost capture/reporting (essential)
• Computer literate in MS Office in Outlook, Word, Excel and Project (essential) (P6 desirable)
• Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines without direction/supervision (essential)
• Flexible in approach to work (essential)

• High customer service orientation (essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate good relationships (essential)
