Title: Project Intern (NYSC)
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Description
- Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Assist in task allocation to FSEs and Contractors.
- Assist in preparing and vetting payment requisitions for FSEs/Contractors.
- Support in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Assist in preparing work order (PFI) requests from clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist with project closeout activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
- Help prepare project reports, BOM/BOQ, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Management department.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 – 1 year work experience.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Interest in the telecommunications industry and willingness to learn.
- Must reside in Ilupeju and its Environs.
- Must be willing to resume immediately.
