Job Title: Purchase Administrator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Morning Shift: 8am – 6pm, Night Shift 6pm – 6am)
Job Description
- We are urgently seeking a meticulous and assertive Purchase Admin to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Follow up with vendors firmly to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to agreed terms.
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Arrange and manage invoices in an orderly manner for easy access and audit purposes.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing information.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure continuous supply.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
- Adhere strictly to organizational rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND in any field.
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Admin, Procurement Officer, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos, is a key requirement.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
