We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: QC Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the project implementation manager to supervise the daily survey, installation progress, and quantity of the subcontracting site, ensure the completion of the daily installation work order target and the pre-import and upload of work order data as planned
- Ensure that the on-site subcontracted installation products or services meet the quality standards and customer acceptance requirements, conduct on-site installation quality inspection and testing, and correct the problems found in time, guide and train customers, and install the subcontracted products according to the correct process and technological standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and power bureau to review and filter user survey data and work order import data to ensure the effective implementation of FDM system work order
- Immediately audit and check the completed installation work order data to ensure that it meets the integrity of installation data, meets the quality standards, and ensures that it meets the customer acceptance conditions
- Follow up and coordinate with the power Bureau to check and sign the completed installation documents, save and maintain the basic acceptance materials and data records
- Assisted the project implementation manager to check the records of the project table, inventory, return, product and module replacement, record and account maintenance
- Assist the site manager to take stock and check the storage conditions and incoming and outgoing warehouse data of subcontractors
Job Requirements
- Rich engineering site implementation and communication management ability and experience ≥3 years
- On-site electrical construction and installation safety risk management ability ≥2 years
- Product technical knowledge and the ability to edit and teach standard process training materials
- Identification of basic electrical instruments and meters, use skills (not limited to digital multimeters, basic power tools, navigation software, and workers
- Tools, signal testing software testing instruments, etc.)
- Familiar with the schematic drawings of electrical primary and secondary wiring, and proficient in low-voltage LV electrical wiring and insulation protection operations
- Proficient in computer operation, MS series office software
- Motor vehicle driving skills, driving experience ≥3 years (motorcycle or car)
