Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Analyze and evaluate project specifications and contract documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and manage budgets, providing regular cost reports and updates.
• Assess and negotiate variations in contract scope and provide recommendations on cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential cost overruns and proposing corrective measures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Atleast 3 Years of experience in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
