Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Ikota-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- This role is the first point of contact for our company, and you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Professionally answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and handle inquiries.
- Secure visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain office calendars and schedules, including scheduling appointments for staff.
- Prepare and manage correspondence (faxes, emails, etc.)
- Draft documents and presentations as needed.
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports (if applicable).
- Manage office supplies and order new ones as needed.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (or related field).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
