Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Respond to inquiries about the company’s services, products, and processes.
  • Handle complaints and direct them to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or meetings for staff.
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry and preparing reports.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Minimum O Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a clothing and textile company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary

  • N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
