Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Respond to inquiries about the company’s services, products, and processes.
- Handle complaints and direct them to relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings for staff.
- Provide general clerical support, including data entry and preparing reports.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a clothing and textile company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Salary
- N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
