Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Description 

  • Drop Innovations Limited, a forward-thinking ride-hailing service provider, is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the face of our company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with clerical support for other departments as needed.
  • Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work experience.
