Job Summary
- As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, guests, and staff.
- You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, emails, and mail.
- Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Proficiency in English (oral and written);
- Problem-solving skills;
- Customer service orientation.
