Job Summary

• We are looking for a female receptionist to work in a real estate firm.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner, ansswering and directing incoming calls to appropriate departments. schedule and cordinate meetings andappointments.
• Must be outspoken, must be proficient in MS word, outlook and excell.
• Must have an excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualification

• 1 – 2 years work experience.
