Title: Receptionist

Location: Onike, Yaba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide information about our service
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
  • Prepare and update necessary documentation related to the reception area.
  • Relay important information to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve client and visitor inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the admin team for any maintenance or repairs required in the reception area.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • SSCE / OND qualification
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
