Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Receptionist to join our team.
- This unique role combines front desk responsibilities with the maintenance of a clean and welcoming environment for our apartment complex.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Manage appointments, reservations, and schedule viewings for potential residents.
- Perform light cleaning duties in resident apartments as needed.
- Ensure trash and recycling are collected and disposed of properly.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent qualification with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Applicants must reside in Sagamu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
