Job Description
- Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
- Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families
- Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
- Logging all data for the dayfor backup.
- Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Requirements
- Computer Literate
- Face to face experience with customers
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational ability
- Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Must be presentable and smart (Good-looking).
- Paying attention to detail.
- Fast learner.
- Must reside within Oshodi, Ajao Estate and around International Airport Axis.
