Title: Receptionist

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled receptionist to handle front desk duties and provide administrative support across the organization.
- The receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in any Social Science field.
- 2 – 6 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
