Job Overview
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join a Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and potential tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage inquiries from clients and provide information about our services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist clients with their inquiries, providing information about available properties, rental rates, and application processes.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with clients and their requests.
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to provide support in property management and leasing activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Candidates must live around Chevron & Ajah.
Salary
- N80,000 / month.
