Role Description

• This is a full time, on-site role in Gbagada, Lagos State. Mazel Partners Limited is seeking a Receptionist/Digital Marketer to manage the front desk and perform digital marketing duties. The Receptionist/Digital Marketer is responsible for handling front office reception, including greeting guests. He/She will coordinate digital marketing campaigns, create and execute social media content, prepare email campaigns, and analyze website traffic.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Digital Marketer or similar customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and analytics
• Experience with customer relationship management software and/or website content management systems
• Familiarity with graphic design software, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional and courteous demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
