Reports To: Finance Manager

Role Overview

  • The Record and Finance Officer will maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support the company’s budgeting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
