Your Community

  • The Admissions team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Application & Acceptance procedures, Visa processes, and their associated protocols. Their primary aim is to deliver a client-centric service tailored to the needs of our recruitment partners, universities, and institutions.

Your Role

  • As an officer in this capacity, your responsibility is to offer tailored solutions to clients. This involves an in-depth analysis of student profiles and the provision of guidance through corrective measures, predominantly via email and phone communications.

Your Impact

  • The Regional Admissions Officer serves as a subject matter expert in their respective region. They are tasked with delivering comprehensive pre and post-application support services to clients.

Your Contribution

  • The officer forms an integral part of a customer-centric team, serving as the primary point of contact for pre-admission support for all clients (recruiters) in the region. This includes handling pre-admission queries, aiding internal and external stakeholders in expediting application processes through phone and email communications, and offering frontline support for resolving issues related to international student applications in the KSA region.
  • They are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in pursuit of favorable outcomes. This commitment extends to assisting recruiters with post-application queries during application, acceptance, and visa stages.
  • Responsibilities also encompass attending to queries regarding the documentation required for the issuance of CAS/COE/LOA/i20 and providing timely solutions to inquiries within 8 hours on a business day.
  • The officer’s duties may encompass a range of processing activities, such as quality checks and the processing of applications to institutions and embassies. They are tasked with identifying case problems, verifying documents, and providing support for visa lodgments.
  • Additionally, the officer is responsible for overseeing the completion of all relevant forms, checklists, and supporting documents, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all information provided by recruiters through thorough verification.
  • They play a pivotal role in assessing referrals for integrity checks, conducting integrity interviews, and undertaking investigations as necessary. They are empowered to take complete action on all student visas upon receipt, including application screening, document quality assurance, and tracking of visa lodgment and issuance.

Your Background

  • A strong background in the international education industry.
  • Profound knowledge and extensive experience with regional and international education systems, as well as visa processing for the region.
  • Previous experience in handling international student application cases from initiation to completion.
  • Competency in utilizing computerized systems/databases to achieve work objectives.
  • Proven track record in an international education-related role, ideally within an International Admissions context.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of change.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret and adhere to prescribed processes, with the discernment to seek guidance from experienced team members when needed.
  • Strong collaborative skills, fostering effective teamwork both within Admissions and across the broader organization, characterized by open information sharing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
