Job Description

  • Identifying business opportunities and providing financial solutions
  • Providing overall leadership and continually enhance regional performance in various ways to achieve quality customer service delivery.
  • Driving business growth and achieve set revenue, quality risks assets and investment mobilization targets through effective relationship management.
  • Identifying clients’ needs and match them with mute swan capital products and services.
  • Coordinating and execution of the sales plan by customer segment and product for the region.
  • developing new relationships and managing existing ones within the assigned region.
  • Monitoring region’s sales pipeline deals and identifying additional methods to improve performance.
  • Managing region’s KPIS, respective task, responsibilities and target allocations.
  • Study and analyze trends in the assigned region for business growth
