Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT), Kogi, Kwara and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
The duties of the regional manager include
- Manages the company’s business (aggregation, distribution, logistics, business development) • Follow through with Imart Operators
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Recruit, train, and manage regional staff to achieve performance targets.
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Oversee regional sales operations to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management and logistics within the region.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address and resolve customer issues and feedback promptly.
- Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze financial reports to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local agricultural and business regulations.
- Stay informed about industry changes and adjust operations accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new offerings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on regional performance.
- Implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
- Engage with local communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
- Support initiatives that enhance the company’s social and environmental impact.
- Perform other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the HR Manager management.
