Title: Regional Sales Head in Europe

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of EMEA regional sales target results, according to the work objectives of the reasonable distribution of work, timely adjustment of work objectives;
  • Organize and carry out regional customer and market research, and formulate regional business development planning; organize and formulate annual and monthly sales plans for specific customers and markets in the region based on business objectives and business development planning; organize summary analysis of the implementation of business development planning, and timely revision of regional business development planning;
  • according to the business development plan, organize business activities in the region, customer relationship maintenance, customer visits, customer reception and other activities; according to the sales plan, organize business negotiations with customers to determine the monthly, quarterly or annual orders;
  • Monitor the progress of order signing and delivery in the region, and coordinate and deal with problems in the sales process;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 10+ years strong experience in hydrogen/electrolyser, renewable energy, electric power, oil & gas, steel or chemicals industries.
  • Command of another language is appreciated (Chinese, Arabic…). Capable of working in cross region and cross-cultural environments. Ability to travel is required.
  • Good understanding of green hydrogen market and the value chains. Preferably have a technical background, understand the technologies involved in hydrogen production or hydrogen project with EPC.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to start a new activity from scratch, enjoying the challenge of problem-solving, possess the ability to grow with the company, inclusive, passionate about building a great business from 0.
  • Good sales processes and methodologies, Highly driven and self-motivated; Results-oriented; Ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated team management skills
