We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivated a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, making recommendations for improvements and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive revenue growth and customer success.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5+ years experience in sales with at least 2+ years as a manager with cognate experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Must have strong leadership and motivation abilities, with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Must have strong organizational problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on driving results.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
