Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals and needs.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in relationship management in investment/asset manager industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
