Job Summary

  • We are searching for a Relationship Officer with experience in the real estate industry who will work to improve trusting relationships with clients.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and promote the organization’s products or services.

Job Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients/customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s products or services to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Manage and resolve complaints made by customers quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare business documents, such as allocation letters and deeds of assignment.
  • Handle post-construction inquiries from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the organization to improve products, services, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with most years in a Customer Relationship Role.
  • Experience working in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, thorough and detail-oriented.
