Job Title: Retail (Filling) Station Attendant

Location: Awka, Anambra

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals the roles of Retail Attendants. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our retail station.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and support.
• Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming for customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and keeping track of supplies.
• Support the station manager in daily operations and customer service.

Competence / Qualification

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage but not required.

Measurable KPIs:

• Customer service ratings and feedback.
• Accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Inventory management effectiveness and stock replenishment.
