SuperSaver Supermarket is an indigenous retail organization with six(6) branch outlets in Lagos.

Job Title: Retail Supervisor

Location: Ketu – Alapere & Ajao Estate – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Overseeing the work of retail staff in a store environment such as monitoring employee activity, coordinating shipments and receiving the merchandise into the store
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit margins.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
• Competency in computer use is mandatory
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA or BSc in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work exprience.
