Job Title: SAGE ERP (300) Support Analyst

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Sage ERP Consultant with emphasis on Sage300 you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for Sage ERP customization.
• Implementation and Configuration: Led the implementation of Sage ERP systems, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Configure and customize Sage ERP modules based on client requirements guide best practices and optimize workflows within the ERP system for clients.
• Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively utilize Sage ERP functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Document client requirements and assist in the development of project plans.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and sales, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay current with Sage ERP updates, releases, and new features.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with clients.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Sage ERP configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and functionality. Identify and resolve issues to guarantee a high level of system performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
