Title: Sales/Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities of the company.
- Effectively monitor and drive sales activities.
- Set directives for various departments under your supervision and ensure they are met.
- Oversee staff documentation and appraisal alongside MD.
- Ensure all duties are carried out according to laid out procedures and guidelines.
- Optimize operations and procedures to increase revenue.
- Handle client complaints and ensure good customer experience for clients.
- Attend to all facility maintenance issues.
- Be ready to represent the company in public and ensure we are up to date with federal, state and local levies.
- Send activity report to management as at when due.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Business Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skill.
- Tech-savvy
- Attention to details
- Ability to navigate google workspace.
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Must reside in Lagos
Salary
N85,000 – N120,000 monthly.
