Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Office Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both the sales floor and administrative functions of our store.
  • This role requires a combination of strong leadership, sales acumen, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our store and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Lead the sales efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Report sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.

Office Administration:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and employee records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure a high-performance team.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee development.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Social media Savvy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven 3 – 5 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in office management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary

  • N100,000 Monthly.
