Title: Sales/Customer Care Assistant

Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Our client is a Cosmetics Manufacturing Company based in Omole Phase 1. They’re currently in need of a Sales / Customer Care Associate to join their busy team.
  • The target of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction through the creation of great customer experience at all times from the point of entry into their sales channels ensuring that the Customer is pleased enough to return time and again.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond appropriately to messages from chat platforms linked to the website and WhatsApp line.
  • Find out the customer’s needs and recommend the right product for them to use. following Company guidelines and SOPs.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions and increase sales by recommending complementary items to go with their requests to sell as many products as possible per customer.
  • Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers, explain how products work, and demonstrate how to use products where possible using provided graphics.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate issues to the appropriate Manager as necessary.
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with the website and escalate any issues to Supervisor appropriately.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing a customer experience that will make the customer return.

Key Requirements

  • Proven e-commerce and social commerce sales experience, particularly with an e-commerce Website and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • E-Commerce Sales: 2 years (Required).
  • The use of WhatsApp for Business is a plus.
