Job Description

Customer Inquiries and Issue Resolution:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat.

Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Complaint Handling:

  • Handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Customer Needs Analysis:

  • Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers through effective questioning and active listening.

Product/Service Presentation:

  • Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits in a compelling manner.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals, overcoming objections and addressing concerns to secure a commitment from the customer.
