Job Description
- This is a sales role that supports the Head of Consumer Banking in developing business and creating sales opportunities, optimizing products and delivery channels to effectively grow the Advantage Banking portfolio (value & size) and executing Advantage Banking projects in their Regions and Divisions.
- Responsible for coaching and guiding Advantage Banking Divisional Managers towards their respective sales target achievements, including other supervisory functions assigned by the Head of Consumer Banking.
- Work with BMs and Regional Managers to ensure Advantage Banking RMs are well coached and led to drive and grow Advantage Banking business across the Branches.
