Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and drive sales while upholding NACK Apparel’s brand standards.
• Styling & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and displays reflect the brand’s image, assisting customers with styling tips and outfit recommendations.
• Content Creation: Capture in-store moments and customer interactions for social media, helping to enhance NACK’s online presence.
• New-Age Media Proficiency: Embrace digital media trends for retail; create engaging content for social platforms to connect with our target audience.
• Learning & Development: Commit to continuously improving your skills in digital content and retail technology, if not already proficient.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales role is an advantage.
• Style & Brand Understanding: Passion for fashion and an understanding of NACK Apparel’s unique brand identity.
• Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and a willingness to learn content creation tools quickly.
• Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new skills related to new-age media and digital retailing.
